Please could the editor(s) complete a self-review for i18n, using the short review checklist, to assist the I18n WG in their horizontal review (w3c/i18n-activity#793)

After review, there are no known i18n issues with the spec.

As discussed in #415, there is no work to be done unless and until a specific internationalization issue arises.
