Please add a glossary to clarify terms that may be ambiguous or cause confusion across cultures.

This is the glossary we used for a European project and it has some terms that might help with the confusion across cultures. https://moocap.gpii.eu/?page_id=82 However, as with the personas I am aware this is very European centric.

Rachael I think this is covered with the glossary and the section on language. Can we close this?
