Three suggested additions below:

I can read short boxes or chunks of content or sections easily. These usually have:

  • Clear headings.
  • Short paragraphs and sentences with one idea.
  • Good use of lists.
  • Pictographic symbols next to headings, labels and links.
  • [ADD] Main ideas in boldface or highlighted in some other way.
  • [ADD] Good use of contrasting color [and link to WCAG guidelines on this]

I can read easily when there is a good use of white space.

  • Good use of white space between lines, sentences or phrases.
  • Good use of white space between chunks, so that the chunks are clear and the page does not get overwhelming.
  • [ADD] Good use of white space to help set pull quotes far apart from main text.

Thank you for your review and suggestions. We are trying to keep the structure of user stories and user patterns as close as possible to industry standard. We did cut down on the lists of instructions and issues in the new version in an attempt to respond to the request to meet user need formats. We moved instructions to the patterns.
