Core-AAM uses state/property in a few places where editorial preference is for "attribute" #199

To avoid the terminology mismatch with other specs referencing "content attributes" vs "DOM properties", ARIA editorial style prefers "attribute" in all instances where the distinction of "ARIA state" vs "ARIA property" is not relevant.

This includes most instances of "state(s) and/or property(ies)"

s/state or property/attribute/
s/states or properties/attributes/
s/states and properties/attributes/
etc.
