Core-AAM uses state/property in a few places where editorial preference is for "attribute"

To avoid the terminology mismatch with other specs referencing "content attributes" vs "DOM properties", ARIA editorial style prefers "attribute" in all instances where the distinction of "ARIA state" vs "ARIA property" is not relevant.

This includes most instances of "state(s) and/or property(ies)"

A handful of examples:

• The alert role has an implied value of "assertive" for the aria-live property.
• The multiple selection case occurs when aria-multiselectable="true" on an element with a role that supports that property.
