[css-fonts-4] Specify the interaction of opacity and color font variables #1106

What if you specify a font color palette to be rgba(0, 0, 255, 0.5)? How are stacking contexts affected?

Alpha should probably just be disallowed.

Now that I think about it, stacking contexts are only affected when opacity is specified on an element, not on a color, which means there might be no problem here.
