grammar in Media Capture section #19

The Media Capture subsection of **3.1 Recommendation-Track Deliverables" ends with the sentence:

Some of these deliverables might, upon the request of the Working Group, may be moved to the proposed Timed Media Working Group.

Notice the "might, ..., may be". Suggest dropping the word "may".
