The latest editors draft has some (persistently) broken links - at least using my environment.

  1. EPSG registry (line 3352, 3634)
  2. Link to isni.org

On further analysis, link to isni seems functional from browsers - See paragraph after https://raw.githack.com/w3c/dxwg/dcat-broken-links/dcat/index.html#ex-proxy-id.

Still throws a HTTP 403 using curl (which I guess is similar to what link checker does?) but since this is link is targetted at providing information to humans, I assume this is acceptable.

This was addressed in #1028 (now merged)
