Reference the LDP

The LDP does not appear to be a critical system to reference in this document so we won't cite it thus this issue is "won't fix",

The "LDP " is the Linked Data Platform. We first thought it would make sense to list that spec under "related work" but then decided against it in the CNEG Meeting on August 1, 2019 since LDP does not talk specifically about profiles.
