This issue was created in the Profiles Ontology document and is listed in it. Once consensus on addressing it is reached here in comments below, the results will be added to the document and the issue closed.

LocI Ontology itself documented as an ontology: http://linked.data.gov.au/def/loci

This dummy profile has been assigned the PID URI of https://w3id.org/profile/csiro-epub-dcap alongside all the other profiles within https://w3id.org/profile/.

No further work is anticipated for this demonstration profile unless needed for particular purposes in future versions of PROF or if someone asks for it.
