feComposite documentation example is non-functional #298

The example provided in documentation for filter primitive feComposite relies on enable-background="new" which does not appear to work in any browsers. Thus the code example does not produce a match to the provided graphic in any browser.

The same problem (reliance on BackgroundImage as an SVG filter input) affects the feBlend example as well, both of which are still used in the Filter Effects spec:

Those still are examples from the original SVG 1.1 filters section. They are still valid according to Filter Effects but indeed could be simplified to work in as many filter effects implementations as possible.
