Consider consolidating MiniApp's app_id with Web App Manifest's id member

I like the proposal, but we need to do some adjustments. It's not only the term of the member, right?
After processing the JSON App manifest, id will be a URL. It it is not directly specified, can be get from the start_url member (+ the origin). Both of them are not mandatory in MiniApps.
