The window attribute contains a number of sub-attributes, such a navigationBarTitleText. There doesn't appear to be a way to set the base direction of these text elements or the base direction of a given window. (Similarly the language cannot be separately set)

Current design assumes the window attribute inherits the default text direction from the dir attribute at the root level. (as well as the lang). The group haven't identified the need of window-specific settings for text direction and language yet.
