The first token is a <a href=\"../measure-number/\">measure number</a> identifying the measure, and the second token is a <a href=\"https://www.w3.org/TR/html5/infrastructure.html#floating-point-numbers\">valid floating-point number</a> or <a href=\"../note-value-quantity/\">note value quantity</a> that gives the number of whole notes from the start of the identified measure. The identified measure must belong to the same <a href=\"../../../infrastructure/notational-concepts/#measure-content\">measure content</a> as the element in which the measure location is given.
