Terms and conditions text to be displayed near Pay button

Hi all,

Today in a discussion about a payment method it was suggested that it would be useful to be able to display some short text about terms and conditions, and to have the browser display that text in the sheet near the "Pay" button. For example, the text might read:

"By clicking Pay you agree to the terms and conditions of bobpay.com"

I am wondering whether this topic has come up in your conversations. Could the payment method manifest might support a string that the browser could display near the Pay button?
