I've used (on 22 September) the http://www.w3.org/ns/odrl.jsonld file with the IM examples 20 and 21 about obligations and noticed that the term "obligation" is not resolved/mapped in the JSON-LD file.
People invited to implement ODRL evaluation need that.

I have added it. There was also a duplicate property (prohibition) which made the json file invalid, so I removed one of the two.
