We should update the redirects for these ODRL Latest Version URLs:

Actually the ns URL: http://www.w3.org/ns/odrl/2/
should redirect via accept headers (.ttl. .rdf .html .xsd .json)

Docs in /TR space are very tightly controlled. See my message to Philippe le Hegeret at https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-poe-wg/2017Apr/0006.html.

The namespace docs at /ns are not under that kind of control and can be updated as the WG wishes.

It would not be appropriate to set up a redirect from the community group docs to /TR space. They were created by different groups operating under different rules and IPR commitments. However, you should be able to edit them to indicate to readers that new versions are available. If you can't edit them directly, let me know and I'll invesitgate further.

We can't edit the CG reports once they become final.
It would be good to simply add a new header field:
"Superseded by:"
(probably same for the NOTE)
