Go to the i18n presentation and click on "Sync video..."

Under the title slide you see:

"Error: line 1: No valid signature. (File needs to start with "WEBVTT".)"

until you start the video.

It appears the Japanese captions contain some HTML tags. Naomi or Dom can you fix it?
