User should have the ability to change the size of the video(s) especially for sign language interpreters, certified deaf interpreters, and signing people.

This is useful for the RAUR document. There is potentially a new requirement for window anchoring and pinning.

New draft requirement: A user should have the ability to change the size of the video(s) especially for sign language interpreters, certified deaf interpreters, and signing people.

Better to be New draft requirement: A user should have the ability to change the size of the window especially for sign language interpreters, certified deaf interpreters, and signing people.

This was discussed by RQTF https://www.w3.org/2021/05/05-rqtf-minutes.html

It has been accepted as a new requirement :-)
