APA is OK with this Charter.
In addition, the APA Working Group noted that Charter mentioned that it wants to get an end-to-end tracing of complex transactions interoperable, and it will deal with consent and some mechanism, and mitigate fingerprinting. If they come up with a UI for that consent we want to make sure it gets addressed from an accessibility point of view. There may be accessibility, implications, or opportunities that we would want to make sure we take advantage to put to protect the accessibility of things in the future.

No action for you. This is an opportunity for "horizontal" reviewers (accessibility, i18n, security, and privacy) to look at the charter, as well as the community writ large.
