If we link to an ID inside a closed <details> element, Chromium opens the details element as expected, while Firefox/Safari doesn't (Bugzilla, WPT). It would be helpful if fixup.js can handle this until browsers have consistent support.

Bug on the webkit side is and there is a patch.
