Abstract
This document informatively describes and elaborates the constraints and extensions to TTML defined by the TTML Live Extensions Module v1. The functionality described is intended to support the contribution of real time streams of content, primarily subtitles and captions, from an authoring or playout system via a controlled network to an encoder whose output is intended for wider distribution. It makes use of a system model including nodes, sequences and streams. The primary use case is the transfer of live subtitles and captions within a broadcast or media preparation environment.

This document is an abridged version of [EBU-TT-Live-1-0] where normative information has been removed.

These extensions are based on [EBU-TT-Live-1-0] developed by EBU and benefit from technical consensus and implementation experience gathered there.

I could not find a proper resolution in any TTWG minutes for publication if this draft to FPNote.
There is a resolution for the 2 FPWD for Live extension, but it does not say clearlly about this draft FPNote.

I guess these 3 documents (Live extension module , the carriage mechanisms and Live Extensions Guide) should be published the same day. I will investigate with the TTWG.

I also believe that the title is wrong and shoul be changed to "TTML Live Extensions Guide 1"
as per issue w3c/tt-module-live#5

So the draft may not be yet ready for publication.

I fully agree with you Atsushi (see #181) that this Request for Transition is also too early, according to our Decision Policy for CfC and because the TTML Live Extension Guide draft is not yet finalize. This was indeed my above comment.
Therefore as Atsushi recommended, Philippe could you please put this Transition Request on hold until we have the publication Green light from the TTWG and from the Chair
