The current test suite duplicates some tests such as the one inside of Element-outerHTML.html, which is the top subtest within block-string-assignment-to-Element-outerHTML.html it would be good to squash these down so there's not a duplication. This is useful for keeping tests fast but also to not give a false sense of coverage.
