A common Japanese subtitling system allows the author to specify one of six different shearing angles (0, 6, 10, 15, 20, 25) to be applied to a font to effect a variable degree of obliquing. In order to support this, a tts:fontShear style attribute should be defined that takes a percentage value that can be used to control the shear of the font CTM (current transformation matrix).
