Publication of updated CR

TTML2 2nd Edition CR2 published at https://www.w3.org/TR/2021/CR-ttml2-20210309/ on 9th March.
NB It does not contain a link to https://www.w3.org/standards/history/ttml2 - see https://www.w3.org/2020/10/01-tt-minutes.html#t05 which is now a WG Decision. We need to update the document to include this prior to publication as PR.

Unresolved horizontal review issues

When reviewing the transition request, @swickr reminded me that there may be outstanding horizontal review comments that we need to handle prior to advancement to PR. There's a handy tool to show them at https://www.w3.org/PM/horizontal/review.html?shortname=ttml - however not all the issues actually need to be addressed in 2nd Edition.

Our current open HR issues that do apply to TTML2 2nd Ed and appear to need resolution of some sort are:

• Interaction between tts:writingMode and tts:direction on paragraph element. Interaction between tts:writingMode and tts:direction on paragraph element. ttml2#1211
  which led to:
  • Remove application of tts:unicodeBidi to tt:p element. Remove application of tts:unicodeBidi to tt:p element. ttml2#1212
  • Improve interoperability of tts:direction on tt:p with CSS3 implementations. Improve interoperability of tts:direction on tt:p with CSS3 implementations. ttml2#1213
• Security and privacy risks of insecure transport / mixed content. Security and privacy risks of insecure transport / mixed content. ttml2#1201

The remaining issues listed by the tool are either for TTML3 or are tracking issues rather than substantive issues that require a modification as a result of the horizontal review.
