DAPT WR outgoing liaisons complete.

HR requests sent to APA WG, PING, Security, TAG and Internationalisation.

Awaiting responses, from all except PING who completed their review.

We received feedback from DVW, which has been turned into a Discussion on the DAPT repo.

We depend on Registries but have not yet created the required Registries as referenced by the specification.
