Proposed Resolution

No change - Of course, both functionalities could be combined, but we have tried to keep the features as atomic as possible. From this perspective, we consider that importing/exporting reports is not the same functionality as producing reports on the own test results.

As currently written, I actually agree that the two sections seem to be redundant. We could consider changing 2.3.1 to "types of reports (to address different audiences)". This section would focus more on what kind of information would be inside a report, rather than the format of the report that the user doesn't see. Such a change would also address Issue #27 .
