Current version

Cookies [HTTPCOOKIES] are exchanged between the web browser and server as part of the content negotiation.

Previous version:

A cookie is a name-value pair that it is stored by the user-agent HTTPCOOKIES].

Suggestion: Cookies [HTTPCOOKIE] are small pieces of data that websites may store in the user's web browser, which then shows the cookie to the server every time the user visits that website.

See #77 on content negotiation as well.

Rationale: Avoid mentioning content negotiation, be more accurate
