COMMENT: Resources can't be colour blind.

SUGGESTION: "colour differentiation" or "color distinguishability"?

Actually this sentence is odd. It first talks about an accessibility requirement, like color blindness, then switches to a particular type of disability. I think the sentence needs editing.
