Understanding pages - All are short and fairly simple. Intent useful for much of the target audience for this page. SCs are much easier [at least for me] to read than on the TR page.
/TR/WCAG21 - Maybe good to go to the official standard? Or not needed since they can get there from the WCAG link above (or from the Understanding if they figure that out).
QuickRef - Too complex for much of the target audience for this page.
I'm now thinking Understanding pages are best (especially once we get a "wrapper" on them).
