Targets that I tried to address with this rewrite: - Re-iterate that these are only basic considerations - Emphasize that they are not actual requirements - Explain the different types of links provided (WCAG requirements and background/training materials) - Link to "WCAG" section of the page - Explicitly say "accessibility for people with disabilities"
