I have a couple comments for the Mapping To Rule: https://deploy-preview-145--wai-wcag-act-rules.netlify.app/standards-guidelines/act/report/mapping/:

the two sections could have headings added like “Single implementation maps to multiple ACT Rules” and “Multiple implementations map to an ACT Rule”.
The bolded text above the images look like headings so I was a bit confused by their position under the paragraph of text.
