As the document is nearing the next public draft, we need to update:

• Abstract
• Status of this Document

@ChrisLoiselle I need someone to propose updates. This task and the one on the editor's notes are both work items we'll need done ASAP if you have any time at all to work on either of them while Phil is out it would be very helpful.

I've read the Abstract, and it seems up-to-date. So I think this can go in front of the TF to review.
