Writing Testable Outcomes was written before the maturity levels work was done.

The first step for working on outcomes is to update this document. It is an internal document and can go through many revisions as we work and learn.

The original team has made these first updates. Please review the revised Writing Testable Outcomes and let us know if you have any suggestions or concerns. You can comment directly in the Google Doc or add comments to this issue.

A Word Version of Writing Testable WCAG 3.0 Outcomes.docx is attached to this issue as an alternative version.

Please give this issue a thumbs up if you read through the instructions and no major issues stand out.
