CFC to publish the HTML Imports spec as a Discontinued Draft #100

This is a Call for Consensus to publish the HTML Imports spec as a Discontinued Draft in the WebApps WG.

HTML Imports were deprecated and removed from browsers a few years ago. You can find the latest Working Draft at:
https://www.w3.org/TR/html-imports/

To show support for the publication, please add a 👍.

If you'd like to raise a Formal Objection to publishing this document, please do so by using a 👎 by next Tuesday, June 06, 2023.
Please include the rationale for your objection to its publication as GitHub comment or email the working group.

If you have other comments, suggestions, or found bugs, we invite you to file an issue.
