Step 24.3 in Section 4.1.3 starts with "In parallel", but only mentions one operation. It's not clear what's supposed to be executed in parallel.

@equalsJeffH Is this something you can fold into the existing #498? We just need to change the wording from |authenticator| to each |authenticator| in |currentlyAvailableAuthenticators|.
