This is from a decision made during the editors' meeting, so there shouldn't be any IPR issues. Please ignore the failing check (we will update the travis checker very soon, which will allow the editors to ignore these kind of minor issues). |

I have been working on a larger change to sync with the many recent upstream changes but figure #498 should probably land first. |
