In chapter 7. Capabilities
, section 7.1 Proxy
:

If key is equal to "proxyType", let value be the result of lowercasing value.

If value is not one of the valid values for that key, return an error with error code invalid argument.
I think this should be reordered so that we check the valid value of the value of proxyType and then return error code invalid argument if it should fail
