Cleanup unused spec language in §11.4 Element Click #1393

In chapter 11. Elements, section 11.4 Interaction:

Let click point be the element’s in-view center point.

This click point does not seem to be necessary any more, because the section is now written in terms of actions (which specify an Element origin).
