With Second Screen Working Group Charter 2022-2024 now operational, we should consider transferring this repository from its current location to the W3C GH organization (https://github.com/w3c/) where the WG's other deliverables are hosted. Many WGs use this org for their GH hosting needs and some W3C-specific GH integrations (permissions management comes to my mind) work only with this GH org.
In terms of URLs, this would mean the following post-transfer locations:
Repo: https://github.com/w3c/window-placement
Editor's Draft: https://w3c.github.com/window-placement/
(As next steps once this transfer is completed, we should aim to publish the First Public Working Draft and set up automatic publication of subsequent Working Drafts using the latest Editor's Draft as the basis so that the following "TR space" (https://www.w3.org/TR/window-placement/) would always reflect the latest spec per proposal.)
If this sounds like a plan, @tidoust is empowered to implement these changes and set up redirects so that anyone hitting current URLs will get redirected (a nice to have feat is to also redirect location.hash with JS rewrites). I recall we've managed to pull of this transfer so that no URL will break.
