We need to describe a use case for onboarding and offboarding of devices to derive and address privacy and security requirements and identify implications on the architecture.

We need TD vocabulary to describe onboarding / offboarding mechanisms, however not specify new onboarding protocols/mechanisms.

The UC needs to describe the benefit of a standardized WoT Onboarding/Offboarding description.

We have to clarify if we are discussing about an onboarding architecture such as what is the behavior of the device during an onboarding process.
