On a related note to #144 do you have any thoughts on how the test runner could be tested on AppVeyor and/or Travis CI?

I'd just write some dummy tests (which always pass/fail) and use Selenium for it. The one bit of difficulty will be the fact that it assumes tests are in the parent directory of the wpt-tools repo.
