Replace the "infoset" term?

The term can be confusing: it can't be looked up in the dictionary, and can be confused with the XML Infoset.

Can we use something else?

Note: this is mostly an editorial, non-critical issue. So admins please label it as such, and fellow WG members please don't waste too much brain cycle bikeshedding on this (yet)! This issue was created mostly to keep track of the issue and reference it in the draft if needed.

There's already a note about this in the specification:

The overview also explains the meaning. In the short term, I can make it a definition and hyperlink the uses of "infoset".

I believe that with the new draft (2018-06-25) which combines manifest and infoset item, this issue may be moot. Propose closure.
