It seems to me that the change log in Appendix A should probably be removed prior to publication as a W3c Note, since it is unlikely to be of interest to readers of the final document.

We tend to leave the change logs in (there is one in RAUR) because it also helps readers track substantial changes before going to note.

Josh to review the change log and make sure it is up to date for new XAUR doc.
