Improve welcome page

Welcome page should have more content on what actually is the motivation for the product. Like we have in old docs and also in old beta docs https://docs-beta.web3.storage/

Let's be careful to keep the docs focused on documenting tho... as a developer i want a place safe from marketing copy, where every paragraph i read explains something useful, rather than tries to sell me a dream.

Or we should have a what is w3up like https://docs.sst.dev/what-is-sst . I think docs should have a "why you care" kind of section
