dircproxy 1.2.0-beta2

when connecting to dircproxy it sends me lots of logs from channels while i
haven''t been connected, which is perfectly fine. the problem arises when
the connection to dircproxy disconnects unexpectedly, for example when
pulling the network-wire, or if i get disconnect by my ISP (which happens
quite a lot here, because every 24h i get disconnected automatically).
then, upon the next connect, i get the log sent *again*! thats very
annoying at it blows my irclogs up.

a "workaround" is to disconnect after being connected the first time and
then reconnect, but thats not very comfortable ;)

best regards
