Write the following text (empty second line is necessary):

get back to start of input,
press Shift+Delete (the first line will be deleted),
press Shift+Delete -> crash at PrettyPrompt.Documents.TextSpan.FromBounds(Int32 start, Int32 end) in PrettyPrompt\Documents\TextSpan.cs:line 55
