Views based on access

As a user without administrator roles I expect to not be able to see actions that I am not allowed to perform:

• Being able to see the Upload Waifu page.
• Having a read only asset view page (no form submission buttons, and all form fields are read only)
• Having a read only character source page.

As a user with administrator roles, then I expect to be able to continue see all of the actions that I am allowed to perform.

Right now the users have the ability to attempt to perform the actions, however the API will reject their requests if they don't have the correct role.
