This issue is to track improvements to developer experience.

Basic list of improvements:

Other improvements will be added later after receiving feedback.

Plan:

  • reshape classes and files to be lean and have separation of responsibilities;
  • align testing and linting of the repo to js-waku;
  • fix new problems;
  • move to js-waku repo;
  • update Encoders / Decoders;
  • integrate into js-waku release pipeline;
