Relates to #452

Background

DNS-based peer discovery was recently integrated in Waku v2. In order to show that it works, we must build a Merkle tree of discoverable test nodes (preferably the test fleet), deploy to an actual DNS provider and configure example clients to use this method to discover the node list.

Since #690 has been merged, the Merkle tree creation and deployment can continue.
Resolution is currently blocked by #615
