"Current closet hackers you can help ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)"

reads to me as

"You, person who is not a closet hacker, can "help" (nudge, nudge, wink, wink) current closet hackers"

But a plausible interpretation is

"Current closet hackers: you can help ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)"

Which addresses current closet hackers

a comma will be the correct one grammatically Current closet hackers, you can help ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
